Responsibilities:
Deliver lessons in line with our preschool curriculum and enrichment programs.
Monitor children's progress and provide regular updates.
Manage the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment.
Set up engaging learning corners.
Perform routine care duties.
Organize and participate in center events.
Ensure the safety and hygiene of the children.
Collaborate with other teaching staff to fulfill duties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents.
Assist with additional tasks or initiatives as needed.
Qualifications (Required):
Preferably at least 1 years of relevant experience in a preschool environment.
Certified by ECDA.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Friendly, family-oriented, and approachable personality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
