Full Time 1 Year Contract Senior Facilities Technical Officer - HSN Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Working Location: Eunos

Salary: $3,500 – $4,000/month

Working Hours:
• Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
***Working hours are subject to duty roster***

Job Responsibilities

1. Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
• Perform planned preventive maintenance works as assigned by the Supervisor.

2. Electrical Maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and reinstate power supply.
• Provide recommendations to prevent recurring electrical issues.

3. Air-Conditioning Maintenance
• Troubleshoot air-conditioning faults and restore systems to normal operation.
• Recommend measures to prevent recurrence of faults.

4. General Building & Equipment Maintenance
• Carry out repair and maintenance works, including burst water pipes, mechanical systems, medical gas systems and other facilities-related equipment.

5. Maintenance Documentation
• Maintain accurate, complete and timely records of all maintenance activities.

6. Contractor & Vendor Management
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair works.

7. Monitoring, Reporting & Coordination
• Monitor maintenance activities and provide timely reports and updates to the relevant parties.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth maintenance operations.

• Minimum Higher NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical or Facilities Management.
