Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee our supply chain operations, catering to both B2B and B2C channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, a track record of ensuring efficient operations, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing daily operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, warehouses, and end customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management:
- Plan, implement, and oversee logistics workflows for B2B and B2C operations.
- Manage the movement of goods, ensuring timely deliveries to business clients and consumers.
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to maintain high accuracy and efficiency levels
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor logistics staff, including drivers, warehouse workers, and coordinators.
- Schedule and assign daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs.
Inventory and Warehouse Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and tracking of goods in the warehouse.
- Implement strategies to optimize warehouse space and reduce costs.
Customer Coordination:
- Maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and B2C customers.
- Address and resolve delivery issues, delays, or complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to align logistics with business goals.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports and present insights to management for decision-making.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in logistics management, with exposure to both B2B and B2C operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CILT, or equivalent).
- Experience with e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery.
- Knowledge of lean logistics and process optimization techniques.
Work Environment
- May require extended hours during peak periods.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
