Responsibilities
- Handle car invoicing for revenue recognition and ad-hoc billing
- Prepare Cost of Sales (COS) accruals
- Ensure billing documents are complete and properly authorised
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Post customer receipts accurately
- Follow up on outstanding debts and collections
- Check and verify sales commissions
- Prepare monthly Sales, Cost of Sales (COS) and Gross Profit (GP) reports
- Analyse Sales, COS and GP performance
- Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by the supervisor
