Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branding Marketing Executive role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Branding Marketing Executive will engage in face-to-face customer interactions to promote client brands, explain products or services, and drive lead generation or sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing brand awareness campaigns, setting up and managing promotional booths or events, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, providing feedback and insights to the team, and collaborating with colleagues to improve customer engagement strategies. The successful candidate will be expected to represent clients professionally, maintain high ethical standards, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently in face-to-face customer interactions.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with interest in brand development and customer acquisition.
• Ability to work on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur, including participation in events, roadshows, and other field activities.
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset, with resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and develop leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Good time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and tasks effectively.
• Prior experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
