Job Responsibilities:

·       Tagged within Medical Underwriting Team

·       Assess medical and financial risks for life and health insurance applications in accordance with underwriting guidelines and risk management frameworks.

·       Evaluate and approve underwriting cases within delegated authority limits, ensuring decisions align with company standards and market practices.

·       Review and analyze complex cases involving multiple medical conditions, financial considerations, and risk factors.

·       Manage end-to-end processing of new business applications and customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

·       Provide underwriting guidance and support to Financial Consultants and sales representatives on application requirements and risk assessments.

·       Deliver face-to-face advisory support to sales teams on new business and underwriting-related matters.

·       Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve case queries and enhance customer experience.

·        Participate in process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and ad hoc projects to support operational efficiency and business objectives.

·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

·       Minimum 3year of relevant underwriting/insurance experience

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
