Part Time Retail Merchandiser (Kids - Toy Industry) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in AXIM MARKETING (S) PTE LTD - Maukerja

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Retail Merchandiser to support our toy brands across department stores, toy specialty stores, and retail outlets in Singapore. We welcome applications for both Full-Time and Contract positions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for stock replenishment, stock counting, merchandising execution, shelf maintenance, promotional display setup, and return stock management. This role requires regular store visits to ensure products are available, well-presented, and aligned with company merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets according to the designated route schedule.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory checks using the company's APP.
• Monitor stock levels and submit replenishment requests to ensure optimal product availability.
• Replenish shelves and maintain adequate stock levels to maximize sales opportunities.
• Arrange products according to approved planograms and merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure shelves, displays, and promotional areas are neat, clean, and visually appealing.
• Set up and maintain promotional displays, POS materials, and seasonal campaigns.
• Conduct stock rotation based on FIFO principles and remove damaged or discontinued products.
• Pack returned, damaged, or obsolete stocks and prepare Return Notes for return to the warehouse.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper documentation and inventory reconciliation of returned goods.
• Capture store photos and submit merchandising reports via the mobile application.
• Report out-of-stock situations, display issues, competitor activities, and sales opportunities.
• Build positive working relationships with store managers and retail staff.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level, NITEC, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control, or retail operations is preferred.
• Comfortable using mobile applications for stock counting, reporting, and store audits.
• Able to travel independently to multiple retail locations across Singapore.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling stock replenishment and merchandising activities.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
