Project Coordinator / Site Support

Salary: SGD 2,800 – SGD 3,300 per month, depending on relevant experience and suitability.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist with day-to-day project coordination and site activities.

* Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, site personnel and internal teams.

* Support site inspections, deliveries, installation arrangements and other project requirements.

* Follow up on project schedules, site progress and outstanding matters.

* Assist in resolving urgent site or project-related issues when required.

* Provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing interior fit-out projects.

* Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

* Responsible, organized and able to work independently.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Able to handle multiple tasks and work according to project timelines.

* Comfortable working in a project/site environment.

* Willing to support site activities outside normal working hours when necessary.

* Candidates with experience in interior fit-out, renovation, construction or project coordination will be an advantage.

Working Arrangement

* Normal working days are Monday to Friday.

* Due to the nature of interior fit-out and project work, candidates must be prepared to support site activities, inspections, deliveries, project requirements or urgent matters outside normal working hours, including weekends when required.

* Working arrangements may vary depending on project schedules and site requirements.

* Reasonable time-off will be arranged depending on project schedules and operational requirements when additional weekend or after-hours support is required.
