You will manage invoicing, payments, and transaction records to ensure accurate financial processing and support smooth cargo operations.

Responsibilities

• Verify and check costs on invoices from airlines, local and overseas cargo agents
• Process payments and issue payment vouchers
• Follow up with vendors to resolve refund issues and disputes
• Track and follow up with customers on payments and disputes
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager
• Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail to contribute to team success
