Full Time Technician Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,000 in PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Access MRP system for raw materials data verification in dispensary
• Maintain consumables stock in Production Support operation areas
• Perform all commissioning, troubleshooting, and inspection of main products.
• Review Production Support area operation and area cleaning documentation.
• Ensure safety incident and near misses are reported on timely basis and support EHS in incident investigation.
• Communicate effectively with all management and production personnel, and quickly and effectively build relationships at all levels.
• Support the production processes, specifically in setting up new assembly lines and monitor these processes.
• Machine set up and supports to ensure that they are in accordance to production requirements.
• Carry out periodic maintenance and verification.
• Support new product introduction to ensure that assembly meets production requirements.
• Assist in updating various reports such as FA reports and help to provide training to machine operators.
• Support production requests in technical help to ensure sound production turnaround time.
• Key in accurately all BOM items into MRP system and linkage of all required documentations within the system.
• Preparation of work instruction.
• Maintain good house-keeping and hygiene; observes safety procedures and regulations at all times.
• Any other duties assigned by Engineer/Production Manager.

Requirements:

• Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Computer literate, knowledge with MRP system is a must.
• A responsible team player and fast learner.
• Location :Ubi
• 830am -530pm 5 days week-Must be able to commit to overtimes
• Salary range S$2,000 – S$3,000
