Job Summary
As a Telephone Operator, you will deliver warm, informative phone service, handle guest requests promptly, and provide comprehensive support to enhance guest experiences.
As the
Telephone Operator
, we rely on you to:
Deliver clear, courteous, and informative telephone assistance to guests to ensure positive communication experiences
Respond promptly and professionally to all guest requests received via telephone to resolve inquiries efficiently
Manage guest enquiries by providing accurate information and coordinating with
relevant departments for seamless service
Operate and manage the PABX telephone system to route calls correctly and maintain communication flow
Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of guest service and
contribute to a welcoming environment
We are looking for someone who:
Experience working in hotel or resort telephone operations to support guest
communication needs
Ability to interact effectively with guests via telecommunication channels to
understand and address their needs
Skills in crafting tailored solutions to meet diverse guest requests and enhance
satisfaction
