Job Summary
Manage accounting, secretarial, and tax client portfolios by delivering accurate financial reports, handling regulatory filings, and maintaining professional client communication to support business compliance and growth.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounting, secretarial, and tax clients to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Respond professionally to client queries and requests to maintain strong client relationships
Perform data entry using systems such as Xero, AutoCount, and MS Office to maintain accurate financial records
Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules to facilitate client decision-making and compliance
Handle online filings with regulatory bodies including ACRA, IRAS, and CPF to ensure statutory compliance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma, degree, or professional qualification in accounting or a related discipline
Experience in an accounting firm, corporate service provider, or outsourced accounting environment is advantageous
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
Strong attention to detail and responsibility to follow work through to completion
Clear communication skills with clients and team members
At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience is preferred but not required
Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply
