Full Time Chief Steward Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in Holiday Inn Sepang Selangor - Maukerja

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Stewarding team.
• Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, utensils and workspaces are clean and properly maintained.
• Monitor the washing, cleaning and sanitising of crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation and food safety in accordance with hotel and regulatory requirements.
• Check and maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas, garbage disposal areas and kitchen equipment.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor stewarding supplies and inform the supervisor/management of replenishment needs.
• Assist in training and guiding Stewarding team members on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
• Ensure proper waste segregation and support the hotel's sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
