What you'll be doing

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our clients
• Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and purchases
• Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Participate in stock management, replenishment, and inventory control
• Contribute to team goals and collaborate with colleagues to deliver results
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures
• Actively seek opportunities to learn, grow and develop within the role

What we're looking for

• Malaysian citizen, minimum 18 years old
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing retail role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Demonstrable sales skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to make informed recommendations
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a well-organized store environment
• Able to work full shifts, weekends and public holidays and willing to stay back when required (e.g. sales setup, price adjustments, stock take).
• Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle or public transport)
• Must be able to cover other stores when needed
• Dependable and punctual, fulfilling work responsibilities consistently
• A strong passion for customer service, ensuring every shopper has a positive experience
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work as part of a team or independently
• Passion for the retail industry and a keen interest in fashion trends
• Well-groomed, professional appearance aligned with the 6ixty8ight brand image
