Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with a strong background in Contract Logistics / 3PL to drive new business growth and acquire strategic customers across Malaysia and ASEAN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for Contract Logistics, Warehousing and Distribution.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Understand customer supply-chain requirements and develop customized logistics solutions.
• Lead proposals, commercial discussions, negotiations and contract closures.
• Develop strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Work closely with Solutions Design, Operations and Customer Service teams.
• Achieve revenue, new customer acquisition and profitability targets.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in Contract Logistics / 3PL / Supply Chain Business Development.
• Strong hunter / new-business acquisition experience.
• Experience selling warehousing, distribution and value-added logistics solutions.
• Proven track record of winning new customers and achieving sales targets.
• Experience in Automotive, Chemical, Semiconductor, Oil & Gas, FMCG, Retail or Manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good understanding of the Malaysia / ASEAN logistics market.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field preferred.
