SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE – EVENT MANAGEMENT

Salary: RM1,700 – RM5,000 per month + Job Commission

ABOUT THE POSITION

Rayyan Aisy Production Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an energetic, confident and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Event Management team.

We are looking for someone who is proactive in finding new business opportunities, approaching potential clients, arranging meetings and following up until projects are successfully secured.

This is not a position where you simply sit in the office and wait for enquiries.

You will be actively involved in business development, client meetings, site visits, presentations, marketing activities and events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively search for new clients and event projects.
• Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, networking, social media and direct approaches.
• Approach Government Agencies, Ministries, GLCs, Corporate Companies, SMEs and private clients.
• Arrange appointments and meetings with potential clients.
• Introduce and present the company’s services to potential clients.
• Conduct presentations and discussions with potential clients when required.
• Follow up leads, enquiries, quotations and proposals until closing.
• Identify upcoming events, tenders, quotations and potential projects.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop new sales and marketing strategies to increase company sales and brand awareness.
• Work closely with the Creative, Operations and Management team.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and events when required.
• Assist with client coordination during events when necessary.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and sales progress.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and potential projects to management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Event Management will have an advantage.
• Candidates with existing Corporate, Government, GLC or business networks are highly encouraged to apply.
• Confident in approaching and communicating with new potential clients.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Energetic and willing to learn new things.
• Creative and confident in suggesting new ideas and marketing strategies.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willing to travel for meetings, presentations, site visits and events.
• Able to work flexible hours or weekends when required for events.
• Own transportation is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an advantage.

SALARY AND EARNING POTENTIAL

Basic Salary:

RM1,700 – RM5,000 per month

Salary offered will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, existing network, capabilities and previous sales performance.

Fresh graduates and candidates without extensive experience may be considered for an entry-level salary package with opportunities for income growth based on performance.

JOB COMMISSION

Additional Job Commission will be provided for successfully secured and completed projects, subject to the company’s commission structure.

There is no need to depend solely on basic salary.

The more projects you successfully secure, the higher your earning potential.

Candidates with strong sales performance will have the opportunity to earn significantly more through job commissions.
