Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Manage document and drawing submissions to clients/subcontractors, ensuring the latest revisions are issued.
Prepare method statements and work procedures, and ensure compliance on-site.
Coordinate subcontractors and conduct regular progress meetings.
Ensure construction activities comply with QOSHE requirements and conduct risk assessments.
Review construction drawings and coordinate with consultants on change orders.
Manage manpower, equipment, materials, procurement, and on-site material usage.
Conduct material receiving inspections and maintain delivery/material records.
Prepare daily reports and maintain inspection documentation.
Support the Project Manager in overall site coordination and other assigned duties.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Proficiency in BIM and AUTOCAD will be added advantage
Min 1 year of experience in building-related projects
Able to work with 5,5 days
Location: Projects across Singapore (Negotiate)
