Asia Excel Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based retail company with both physical and online sales channels, offering a range of home, kitchen and lifestyle products to customers in Singapore.

We are looking for a motivated and organised Marketing Assistant to support our day-to-day marketing activities. The successful candidate will assist with online and offline marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, social media content and general marketing coordination.

This role is suitable for someone who is interested in retail, e-commerce and digital marketing and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Principal responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Support the management of social media platforms and prepare basic marketing content
• Assist with website and online platform updates when required
• Coordinate marketing materials for promotions, product launches and seasonal campaigns
• Assist in preparing promotional content, including basic copy, images and social media posts
• Monitor social media and online marketing trends
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Support the marketing team in tracking campaign performance and preparing simple reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities and promotional materials are delivered on time
• Assist with product promotions across online and offline channels
• Maintain and organise marketing materials and digital content
• Support general marketing administration and other marketing projects when required

Job Qualifications:

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in marketing, retail, digital marketing or e-commerce is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in marketing are welcome to apply
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Basic photo or video editing skills will be an advantage
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
