a. Assist in executing the company’s leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and rental income goals.

b. Source, identify, and approach potential tenants through networking, property listings, and market outreach.

c. Conduct site viewings and property presentations to prospective tenants.

d. Prepare leasing documents including offers, tenancy agreements, and related correspondences.

e. Coordinate with the legal and finance teams on tenancy documentation, deposits, and lease execution.

f. Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing records, database, and tenancy tracking reports.

g. Monitor lease expiry dates and assist in handling renewals, terminations, and rent reviews.

h. Build and maintain good relationships with existing tenants, agents, and potential clients.

i. Conduct regular market research to understand rental trends, competitor activities, and tenant preferences.

j. Provide administrative and operational support to the Leasing Manager and team for day-to-day leasing activities.

k. Attend site meetings and liaise with project or property management teams to ensure readiness of leasing units.

l. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, analysis and related duties as and when necessary, as supervisor/Company management instructed

m. Performs other duties, assignments, obligations, etc., as may be assigned by the Company that fits your skills and experience.
