Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal product visibility, shelf placement, and merchandising for blood glucose monitoring (BGM) and Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) products in retail pharmacy chains.
• Maintain planograms, price labels, POS materials, and promotional displays.
• Monitor inventory, replenish stock, and manage near-expiry products following the FEFO principle.
• Conduct product training and demonstrations for pharmacy staff.
• Build strong relationships with pharmacy managers and staff to maximize shelf presence.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions, and provide market feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare retail regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum Diploma qualification with 1-3 years of sales or merchandising experience in the retail or FMCG industry.
• Fluent in the local language and English
• Ability to travel long distances between stores to achieve call targets.
• Excellent negotiation skills to defend share of shelf.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
