Full Time Senior Production Support (AS400) Jobs, in MindGraph Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Provide L3 production support for Core Banking applications running on the AS400 platform.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Analyze application logs, system performance and database issues to identify bottlenecks.
• Develop and deploy application fixes, patches and enhancements.
• Support incident, problem and change management processes.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure and database teams during deployments and releases.
• Perform production health checks, monitoring and proactive maintenance.
• Maintain technical documentation, support runbooks and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on-call / after-hours support for critical incidents and releases.
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements:

• 6–9 years of Application Production Support experience, including at least 3 years in L3 support.
• Strong experience supporting Core Banking applications on AS400.
• Hands-on experience in the Investment & Wealth domain.
• Proficiency in .NET and SQL development and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including query optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience in Windows / Open Systems environments.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting and RCA skills.
• Good understanding of production support, incident management and release management.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a mission-critical production environment.

• Experience with application monitoring and production support tools.
• Knowledge of banking operations, investment products and financial services.
• Experience supporting high-availability enterprise banking systems.
• Exposure to automation / scripting for operational support.
