The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive online engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage the company's website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
• Plan and execute online advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Create and manage digital content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Monitor and improve search engine visibility and online presence.
• Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing activities.
• Analyse campaign performance, website traffic, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve marketing performance.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of advertising expenditure.
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to achieve marketing objectives.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
• Develop strategies to generate leads and increase customer acquisition.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital marketing channels.
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns, product launches, and online events.
• Oversee the development of marketing creatives, including graphics, videos, and advertisements.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
• Monitor customer feedback and online reputation.
• Supervise and guide digital marketing team members where applicable.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Experience with website analytics and digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
