Responsibilities
Working Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: $2,400 – $3,000 per month
Location: Islandwide
Job Type: 2 months to Long-term, stable position
Job Responsibilities
Manage customer registration, queue issuance, and appointment support.
Verify and process customer documents.
Assist with form completion and data entry.
Support end-of-day transaction submission and reconciliation.
Provide assistance with SingPass services and online sales portal usage.
Handle general enquiries and provide frontline customer support.
