Job Summary

• The E-Commerce Assistant supports the daily operations of the company’s online sales channels. This role is responsible for maintaining product listings, processing online orders, coordinating fulfilment, and assisting with online promotions across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with online retail platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Online Store Management
• Upload and maintain product listings including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images for sporting goods and accessories.
• Ensure product information is accurate and up to date across all e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor stock availability and update inventory levels to prevent overselling.
• Order Processing & Fulfilment
• Process online orders from company websites and online marketplaces.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
• Generate invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
• Marketplace & Platform Management
• Assist in managing listings on major online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, or other platforms used by the company).
• Monitor product performance and ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines.
• Support promotional campaigns such as flash sales, vouchers, and platform campaigns.
• Customer Service Support
• Respond to customer enquiries through e-commerce platforms, email, or chat.
• Handle issues related to orders, returns, exchanges, and product enquiries.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Inventory & Data Management
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse staff on replenishment.
• Assist with sales reports, inventory reports, and product performance tracking.
• Identify discrepancies in stock or order processing.
• Marketing Support
• Assist with uploading banners, promotions, and campaign materials.
• Support online marketing activities such as product launches and seasonal promotions.
• Help maintain consistent branding across e-commerce channels.
• Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
• Prior experience in e-commerce operations or online retail preferred
• Familiarity with online marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and digital tools
• Good written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms
• Basic knowledge of product photography or image editing
• Understanding of digital marketing or online sales campaigns
• Interest in sports or sporting goods industry
