Technical Account Executive

Are you someone who enjoys working with people, understanding technical products, and solving customer needs?

Biomics Solution is looking for a Technical Account Executive to join our growing team. This role combines customer relationship management, technical product consultation and business development within the life science and laboratory industry.

What You'll Do

• Manage and build strong relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Provide technical support and product consultation.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on customer orders and deliveries.
• Conduct product presentations or demonstrations when required.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales targets.
• Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, seminars and company activities.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Chemistry, Business, Engineering or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interested in technical products, laboratory solutions and customer-facing roles.
• Proactive, organised and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and english.
• Willing to travel when required.
