Full Time Support Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,600 in ZOM-IN Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Drive delivery-partner onboarding and activation through outbound calls, SMS, and follow-ups with prospective partners.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding at the physical counter, including document verification, payment validation, account activation, and onboarding materials.
• Achieve daily and weekly activation targets while maintaining operational quality and compliance.
• Monitor newly activated delivery partners and follow up to ensure they complete their first delivery within the required timeframe.
• Handle escalated partner enquiries and provide face-to-face support to resolve operational issues effectively.
• Support onboarding campaigns, workshops, community events, and partner engagement activities.
• Work closely with Driver Onboarding and Acquisition teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Analyse operational trends and identify opportunities to improve onboarding and activation performance.
• Support ad hoc operational tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume operations, customer service, retail, onboarding, inside sales, or telemarketing.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Comfortable with both outbound calling and face-to-face customer/partner engagement.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Target-driven, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Docs, and PowerPoint.

Pay: Up to RM3,600.00 per month
