We are looking for an experienced and dynamic CafeManager to lead our cafe operations. As the Cafe Manager, you will beresponsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities, ensuring exceptional customerservice, and driving business growth.    

Responsibilities

·      Manage all aspects of daily cafe operations,including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory control

·      Recruit, train, and mentor cafe staff to provideoutstanding customer service and uphold brand standards

·      Create and maintain a positive and welcomingatmosphere for customers

·      Develop and implement cafe policies and procedures,ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

·      Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordersupplies, and optimize stock control

·      Plan and execute promotional events, marketinginitiatives, and loyalty programs to attract and retain customers

·      Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling,budgeting, and financial reporting

·      Collaborate with suppliers, negotiate contracts,and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement

·      Stay informed about industry trends, new products,and customer preferences

·      Address customer complaints and feedback in atimely and effective manner

Qualifications:

·      Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similarleadership role

·      Strong leadership and organizational skills

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·      Customer-focused with a passion for deliveringoutstanding service

·      Knowledge of coffee and beverage trends, as well ascafe menu development

·      Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems andother relevant technology

·       Understandingof health and safety regulations in a cafe setting
