Payroll & Statutory Matters

• Assist in monthly payroll processing.
• Manage statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO and EIS.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Leave & Attendance

• Monitor employee attendance, leave and overtime.

HR Administration

• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, resignation documents and other HR correspondence.
• Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases.
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee information.

8. Other Responsibilities

• Prepare HR reports and documentation for management.
• Support management in HR-related projects and activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
• Maintain good employee relations.
• Prepare employees performance appraisal annually.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
