Full Time Engineer Jobs, in Trigen Kaizen Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Electronics / Mechatronics Engineer to join our growing team in Trigen Kaizen Sdn. Bhd.

This role is suitable for both Diploma and Degree holders, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. You will work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on exposure to product development, electronics, mechanical systems, testing, troubleshooting and system integration.

Success in this role means being willing to learn, taking a proactive approach to technical challenges, working effectively as part of a team, and contributing to the continuous development and improvement of our products and systems.

• Assist in the design, development, testing and improvement of products and systems.
• Support experienced engineers on projects involving mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Participate in the design, testing, assembly and disassembly of systems, equipment and components.
• Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving to support product quality and reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and drawings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Support the smooth and efficient operation of in-house facilities.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies, engineering methods and practices.

Diploma Candidates

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.

Degree Candidates

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.

• Strong interest in hands-on laboratory work and system integration.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, control systems or automation is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Altium or MATLAB is an added advantage.
• Proactive, willing to learn and able to work effectively in a team.
