We're seeking a hands-on Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing premium branding and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate should have an exceptional eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, and visual storytelling, with experience supporting luxury, beauty, skincare, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design, and produce high-quality marketing collateral across print and digital channels.
• Create brochures, catalogues, treatment menus, product packaging, POS materials, promotional collaterals, and event assets.
• Design retail branding elements including window displays, lightboxes, counter displays, signage, exhibition booths, and visual merchandising materials.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and liaise with printers and external vendors to ensure quality output.
• Adapt creative assets across multiple brands and marketing channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Work closely with Marketing, Brand, E-commerce, and Merchandising teams to deliver campaigns within tight timelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, luxury, lifestyle, retail, hospitality, or FMCG industries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating premium branding, print design, retail marketing collateral, and campaign execution.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or Canva is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of print production, artwork preparation, colour management, materials, and print specifications.
• Strong knowledge of typography, composition, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Able to independently conceptualise, design, adapt, and deliver production-ready artwork with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing websites, landing pages, e-commerce assets, EDMs, and digital advertising creatives.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Photography, image retouching, and short-form video editing skills.
• Experience working with premium consumer brands or luxury products.
