Full Time Operations Project Manager (Cleaning) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,080 in BA Maintenance - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manpower deployment to ensure optimal staffing at cleaning sites
• Monitor and report staff attendance accurately to maintain operational transparency
• Supervise cleaning teams to ensure work quality meets company standards
• Identify service shortfalls and communicate lapses promptly to headquarters for resolution
• Evaluate deployed staff performance and recommend adjustments to HR for workforce optimization
• Manage inventory of consumables and spares to maintain uninterrupted cleaning operations
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and are equipped to perform their roles effectively
• Collaborate closely with site supervisors and project management to align operational goals
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance and service quality
• Oversee resolution of escalated cleaning-related issues to maintain client satisfaction
• Prepare monthly cleaning reports and other necessary reports to be submitted to various clients
• Organize and lead safety and toolbox meetings to promote workplace safety awareness
• Motivate onsite teams to enhance productivity and morale
• Participate in client meetings to review service performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Plan daily schedules for stationed cleaners and coordinate periodic tasks for floaters to maximize efficiency
• Enforce adherence to environmental, work, and health safety regulations across all sites
• Manage overall cleaning team operations to achieve service excellence
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as required

Required competencies and certifications

• Meticulous
• Customer Orientated
• Ability to command, control and motivate your team
• Experience in the cleaning industry leading teams or managing people
• Valid driving license (essential for site visits and operational mobility)
• Certifications in the cleaning field
• Work at Height Certifications (Added advantage)
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office and email communication to support operational reporting
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with teams and clients
• Availability to start immediately or on short notice
• Candidates may be subject to Mid-Career Pathways Programme (MCPP) or Career Conversion Programme (CCP) applications.

Pay: $3,080.00 - $4,080.00 per month
