Full Time HR - Admin Manager | Central Jobs, Salary up to SGD 7,000 in RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

Our client is a global leader in inspection and metrology systems, specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of advanced equipment for the semiconductor industry. As part of their regional expansion, they are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee HR operations across Southeast Asia.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations across Southeast Asia, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and support organizational development initiatives
• Oversee HR administration, employee benefits, leave management, and staff engagement activities
• Support sales administration, customer documentation, and coordinate marketing events and exhibitions
• Partner with management to drive regional HR initiatives and ensure smooth business operations

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the semiconductor or engineering industry
• Regional HR experience covering Southeast Asia is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and payroll administration
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• HR certification (e.g. IHRP, SHRM) and willingness to travel within the region will be an advantage
