Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to play a key role in establishing and growing our Singapore project operations.
Backed by an established China-based company specialising in lighting, cultural tourism and digital experience projects, we deliver architectural and landscape lighting, entertainment attractions, multimedia installations and integrated digital experiences.
This is more than a traditional Project Manager role. You will have high ownership of Singapore projects, work closely with senior management and China-based technical teams, and contribute to building our local project operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead lighting, AV, multimedia and integrated experience projects from tender to final handover.
Manage project schedules, budgets, resources and overall delivery.
Support tender preparation, including scope review, technical proposals and cost estimation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and China technical teams.
Oversee site installation, testing & commissioning, quality, safety and project documentation.
Coordinate technical interfaces across lighting, electrical, AV and control systems.
Manage variations, progress claims, project costs and subcontractor works.
Resolve technical, site, cost and schedule issues to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with Singapore construction and workplace safety requirements.
Help establish project processes and best practices as the Singapore business grows.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, M&E, Construction, Lighting, AV or a related discipline.
6+ years of relevant project experience, with at least 3 years in project management or project leadership.
Experience in lighting, AV, multimedia, attractions, entertainment systems or specialist M&E projects will be an advantage.
Familiar with Singapore project requirements and workplace safety practices.
Experience with AutoCAD, DIALux, DMX, DALI, lighting control or AV/show control systems will be an advantage.
