Responsibilities
Oversee the nightly operations of the club
Manage staff schedules and assignments
Hire, train, and supervise nightclub staff

Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders
Coordinate and oversee promotional events and marketing initiatives
Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts

Work closely with DJs, performers, and other entertainment providers
