Home Link Physio & Rehab is looking for a motivated and responsible Sports Science graduate to join our growing rehabilitation team. This is an opportunity to gain real hands-on experience working with patients in home-based rehabilitation, under the guidance of an experienced physiotherapist. What You Will Learn You will be exposed to: Functional exercise and rehabilitation programmes Strength, balance and mobility training Exercise prescription for elderly and post-surgery patients Stroke and neurological rehabilitation support Gait and walking training Patient handling and safe transfer techniques Progress monitoring and documentation Working directly with patients in their homes Professional communication with patients and family members You will receive structured training and guidance from an experienced physiotherapist with extensive experience in neurological, musculoskeletal and geriatric rehabilitation. Who We Are Looking For We welcome fresh graduates who have: Diploma or Degree in Sports Science / Exercise Science or related field Passion for exercise, rehabilitation and helping people Good communication skills Willingness to learn Responsible and punctual attitude Comfortable travelling to patients' homes Able to work independently after training A positive and professional personality Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
