Job Description

Responsibilities

[What the role is]

PRINCIPAL / SENIOR EXECUTIVE (ELECTRONIC PARKING SYSTEM)

[What you will be working on]

  • Manage day-to-day car park and EPS CCS equipment matters, including handling queries, conducting stock takes, inventory management, key programming and maintaining equipment and other operation related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on equipment issues, installations, upgrades and maintenance progress ensuring timely resolution and progress tracking.
  • Support the new System Integrator certification process, assisting with the necessary assessments and documentation.
  • Attend to queries and feedback via emails, phone calls and LTA feedback channels from both internal and external stakeholders, including the general public. This includes conducting on-site car park verifications to address the feedback received.
  • To maintain and update operational documents, process manuals, reports and records.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned, including preparing and delivering presentations at meetings when required.

[What we are looking for]

  • Diploma in IT, business administration, engineering or related discipline.
  • 2-3 Years relevant experience in operations and customer service.
  • Keen interest in operational works and IT systems.
  • Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Possess a driving license
  • Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work independently and in a team.
