Job Description

We are seeking two post-doctoral candidates for research in the area of food and maritime supply chain resilience analysis. The responsibilities are as follows:

• Develop resilience models for complex food and maritime supply chain systems considering disruptions and climate changes
• Develop statistical inference techniques to analyze sea shipment network flow data and disruption data
• Draft and submission of technical progress reports at regular intervals
• Present of research progress and latest findings at regular intervals
• Publish of quality research journal articles and conference proceedings to disseminate research findings internationally
  
  

Job Requirements

• (1) Applicants should have a PhD degree in industrial engineering or other relevant areas.
• (2) A strong publication record in the area of resilience engineering.
• (3) Good at programming using Python, R, Matlab or Mathematica. .
• (4) Good English writing skills for the purpose of preparing research reports and research presentations
