Real Estate Executive Assistant (Full-time)

We’re looking for a proactive, resourceful and highly organised Real Estate Executive to support a Top 1% Singapore Realtor across marketing, property research, client servicing and day-to-day business operations.

This is more than an administrative role. You’ll gain first-hand exposure to how a high-performing real estate business is built and operated—from client consultations and property viewings to marketing campaigns, negotiations and transaction management.

Working Days: 5-day work week (weekend work required)

Key Responsibilities

Property Research & Market Analysis

• Research and shortlist properties based on clients’ requirements.
• Gather and analyse market data, comparable transactions and pricing trends.
• Maintain and update property databases and listing information.
• Coordinate property viewings with clients and fellow agents.
• Gather and collate information required for client presentations and real estate projects.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentation decks and market research.

Property Staging & Viewing Support

• Prepare and stage properties before photography and client viewings.
• Ensure units are well-presented and viewing-ready.
• Accompany the realtor for property viewings and provide on-site support.

Client & Business Operations

• Manage calendars, appointments and daily schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, lawyers, bankers, fellow agents and business partners.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the real estate business and continuously improve internal processes.

Marketing, Branding & Content

• Plan and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers and other vendors on branding and marketing initiatives.
• Create and manage marketing materials including brochures, listing presentations, EDMs and social media assets.
• Write compelling property descriptions, marketing copy and listing content.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, property photos and videos.
• Support content planning and marketing campaigns across different business initiatives.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to working dependently.
• Passionate about real estate, marketing and business.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong in administrative, communication and coordination.
• Familiar with Canva and CapCut
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and GoogleWorkspace.
• Possesses a valid Class 3/3A driving licence(preferred).
• Willing to work weekends as part of a 5-day workweek.

No prior real estate experience is required. We value attitude, initiative, willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
