Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions and guiding menu selections to enhance their dining experience
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently to ensure smooth transactions
• Promote food, beverages, special offers, and promotional items to increase sales
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Serve food and beverages while verifying order accuracy before delivery to customers
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and serving of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organize dining and service areas to meet hygiene standards
• Replenish food, beverages, packaging, and supplies promptly to support continuous service
• Perform opening and closing duties to prepare and secure the restaurant environment
• Handle customer feedback by listening attentively and referring complaints to supervisors or managers as needed
• Support daily restaurant operations by performing additional tasks assigned by management
