Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall Marketing & Sales strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives, growth plans, revenue targets and market positioning.
  • Lead project go-to-market and launch strategies, ensuring timely execution of the Master Implementation Plan, non-financial KPIs and key launch milestones.
  • Drive market intelligence and product strategy through market research, competitive analysis and customer insights, recommending product mix, positioning and pricing strategies for new land banks.
  • Drive sales performance and channel strategy by setting sales targets, developing sales strategies and strengthening relationships with real estate agents and other strategic partners.
  • Build a high-performing Marketing & Sales organisation through strategic talent acquisition, capability development, performance management and effective incentive and commission structures.
  • Lead integrated marketing and brand initiatives across digital, social media, events, print and other channels, while managing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide strategic leadership and stakeholder management by fostering cross-functional collaboration, engaging relevant authorities and external stakeholders, and ensuring effective execution of Marketing & Sales strategies.


Job Requirement

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Marketing & Sales, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales, marketing, and project launch strategies within the property development industry.
  • Strong understanding of market research, product positioning, pricing strategies, and sales channel management.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and marketing-related tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and good environmental practices.
