Full Time Purchasing Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Mayora Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Purchasing Assistant:

• Assist in preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
• Source quotations from approved suppliers and compare pricing, quality and delivery terms.
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmation and delivery schedules.
• Monitor outstanding purchase orders and expedite deliveries when required.
• Verify supplier invoices against records, supplier database and procurement documentation.
• Assist in identifying potential new suppliers and maintaining approved vendor lists.
• Ensure all purchasing activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare purchasing reports and other documentation as required.
• Work with internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure specifications are met.
• Perform other purchasing and administrative duties assigned by HOD/Manager.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Experience in PO/PR processing and supplier coordination is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may be considered.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• FMCG industry experience will be an advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
