Requirements:

• Native Japanese speaker
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally across multiple channels

Work Schedule:

• Rotational 24/7 shifts (Monday to Sunday)
• 2 days off per week
