Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements in coordination with stakeholders and senior management.
2. Execution and Monitoring: Oversee project execution, closely monitoring progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
3. Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources while maintaining financial control and accountability.
4. Resource Coordination: Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, operations, procurement, and external contractors, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Problem Solving: Pro-actively identify issues with high degree of urgency to address it. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to overcome challenges in a timely manner.
6. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, both internally and externally, ensuring clear and consistent updates to all relevant stakeholders.
7. Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and develop risk management strategies to minimize their impact on project deliverables.
8. Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular progress reports, project status updates, and documentation to keep all stakeholders informed and maintain project transparency.
9. Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, providing exceptional service, and exceeding client expectations in project delivery.
10. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices across projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or PMP certificate is a plus.
2. Strong understanding of the EV market dynamics, charging infrastructure, and related technologies.
3. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Willingness to travel as required to fulfil the responsibilities of the role.
