Associate Specialist – Tactical Sourcing

Location: RHB Tower, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM3,300 per month
Contract: 6 months (Renewable)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities including RFQ, RFP and tender processes.
• Source, evaluate and recommend suitable vendors based on capability, pricing and requirements.
• Prepare sourcing documents, pricing comparisons and commercial evaluations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions with vendors.
• Support vendor onboarding and maintain proper sourcing documentation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and timelines.
• Support contract award and Purchase Order (PO) issuance.
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with internal procurement policies and procedures.
• Prepare sourcing reports and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Sourcing / Procurement.
• Hands-on experience in RFQ, RFP, tendering, vendor sourcing or vendor management is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical, negotiation and planning skills.
• Computer literate and comfortable working with procurement documentation.
• Able to work at RHB Tower, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.

Pay: RM3,300.00 per month
