Full Time IT Support Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,700 in Yuen Fee (Wan Soon) Engineering Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot and resolve the company’s IT-related issues, including hardware malfunctions, software errors and other technical problems.
• Install, maintain and manage IT hardware devices and software systems, including computers, peripherals, email and servers.
• Assist in managing and maintaining the company’s network and IT security systems.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure proper data protection procedures are followed.
• Monitor and follow up on IT issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of IT-related matters, including issue tracking and system information.
• Provide technical assistance and support to employees on day-to-day IT-related matters.
• Perform any other IT-related duties as assigned by the Management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent certification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, networking and servers.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company information and data.

Working Hours:

• Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
