Sales & Networking – Comfortable approaching potential donors, sponsors and corporate partners.

Proposal writing – Able to prepare sponsorship and funding proposals.

Presentation Skills – Confident in presenting ideas and fundraising opportunity.

Digital & Social Media - Able to support online fundraising and digital campaigns.

Organisation Skills – Good at managing donors, events, timelines and follow-ups

Target-Orientated – Able to work towards fundraising targets and KPIs.

Integrity & Accountability – Honest, transparent and responsible when handling donor relationships and funds.

Creativity & Initiative – Able to generate new fundraising ideas andopportunities.

Teamwork – Able to work effectively with management and other departments

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Non-Profit Management or a related discipline
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, donor management, event planning or non-profit communications
• Experience in the social service or non-profit sector will be advantageous
• Resourceful and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
