Job Purpose:

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Product Growth Intern to support our business growth through engaging digital content. You will work across multiple marketing channels, helping us turn investment-related topics into content that is clear, engaging and relevant to our audience.

This is a highly execution-focused role. You should be comfortable not only designing content, but also getting in front of the camera, shooting videos and bringing ideas from concept to publication.

What You’ll Gain

Role Requirements:

1. Content Management & Social Media

• Support the planning and creation of social media content.
• Create engaging content across formats, including carousels, infographics and Reels.
• Adapt product and market information into easy-to-understand and engaging content.

2. Video & Creative Production

• Support basic scripting, storyboarding and content conceptualisation.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera as talent for selected Reels and social content.
• Produce illustrations, graphics and other visual assets aligned with our brand.

3. Website Content

• Support ongoing website content updates.
• Ensure website content remains accurate and consistent with other marketing channels.

4. Customer Journey Communications

• Support the development of communications for customer activation, engagement and reactivation journeys.

Candidate's Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing and content creation.
• Comfortable shooting videos and appearing on camera as talent.
• Able to edit short-form videos using Canva, CapCut or equivalent tools.
• Able to create graphics, infographics and carousel content using Canva, Figma or equivalent tools.
• Illustration skills would be an advantage.
• Good written communication skills with an eye for clear and engaging copy.
• Creative, resourceful and willing to experiment with new content formats.
• Interest in investment, finance or fintech is an advantage, but prior industry experience is not required.
