Role Description


The Collaboration Partner role is a contract, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur, MY. This role involves working closely with VT Soil Tech Professional and local stakeholders to coordinate project activities, share technical insights, and support soil-related assessments or initiatives. Day-to-day tasks may include attending client and partner meetings, facilitating information exchange between teams, documenting project requirements, and ensuring that agreed deliverables and timelines are met. The Collaboration Partner will also help identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen partnerships, and maintain clear, professional communication throughout the duration of the contract.

  • Ability to build and maintain professional partnerships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly present information and document agreements.
  • Experience working on-site in project-based environments, ideally within technical, engineering, or environmental contexts.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple tasks, meetings, and deliverables under contract timelines.
  • Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset, with the capacity to adapt to changing project needs.
  • Relevant education or experience in environmental science, engineering, construction, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian workplace practices and regulations, particularly in Kuala Lumpur, MY is an advantage.
