Products Training

• Arrange and deliver online or offline training sessions for retail team on pet care and product knowledge. Prepare training materials and provide essential information to support these programs.
• Develop and implement training strategies, update the Learning Management System (LMS), monitor staff and PCC performance, and report on training progress.

Product Management

• Update product images, categories, and descriptions in Dweb, add new products, and remove discontinued items to keep listings current.
• Revise product details and upload images for internet listings in BE POS to ensure accurate online information.
• Assist with listing and removing products across all marketplaces, update product information, and resolve product-related issues on various platforms.

Team Management

• Monitor, coach, and supervise the PCC team, overseeing their training and performance.
• Provide support and guidance on pet care and product knowledge, ensure adherence to company policies, and supervise PCC Leads for team development.

Other Responsibilities

• Support customer service and other departments by assisting with pet inquiries, product information, and pet events.
• Aid the marketing team with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) activities.
• Any other relevant tasks as per assigned by superior.
