Role Overview

We are looking for an Affiliate Operations professional to grow and manage our affiliate and creator partnership ecosystem. The role focuses on affiliate recruitment, campaign execution, performance tracking, and building strong relationships with affiliates and KOLs.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and KOLs.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators and partners.
• Coordinate and execute affiliate campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, sales, and ROI.
• Analyze results and optimize affiliate strategies.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Content, and Livestream teams.
• Maintain affiliate trackers, databases, and reports.
• Support commission tracking and campaign documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL/Influencer Management, or E-commerce Operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience with affiliate or influencer campaign management.
• Good understanding of performance tracking and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work 100% on-site in Kuala Lumpur.
• Comfortable with flexible working hours during major campaign periods.
